My Mental Health Mindset came about from my years of experience learning to live with, and thrive, despite my bipolar 1 diagnosis. My coaching philosophy is rooted in providing a transformative experience for my clients. I do this by strengthening their understanding of a well-designed self-care routine utilizing wellness goals.
